Trustpilot and Amazon take care of verifying the identity of customers, ensuring the reliability of the reviews collected.
If there are complaints or problems, we strive to resolve them quickly, offering returns or replacements if they have not already been requested. If we receive negative feedback, we contact the customer to find a solution. If the experience with our customer support ends positively, we kindly remind them that they can update their review if they wish.
